 Yoga stimulates an inner balance through body cleansing, physical agility, and emotional enrichment it naturally boosts positive endorphins to cope with depression and stress.

In a world of competition, frustration, disappointment, challenges, and failures there is an ever-increasing need today for global consciousness to build and boost both physical and mental resistance.

She started her carrier as a Sr. accountant in Swiss MNC ,along with yoga learnings from various resources.She got support from family to go ahead with the yoga teaching programs & courses. Her graph has reached at its peak, when she complete her PHD in YOGA . In pandemic ,She decided to help society to strengthen their health physically & mentally by adopting Online Yoga support . Because of this many peoples can able to stay healthy & positive .
